In this video we show you how we make a version of strawberry shortcake that is low in points and super delicious. This is a very simple recipe that you can use to impress your guests at your next dinner party!
Points: 1 to 5 Points Per Serving
Ingredients:
1 Pizelle Cookie (1 Point)
1 Strawberry Mini Crustless Jello Pie [recipe: https://www.wwgays.com/home/crustless-jell-o-pie]
Greek Yogurt
Strawberries
DaVinci Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup
Made Good Granola Bites (Chocolate - 4 Points, Mixed Berry - 3 Points) [Optional]
Instructions:
Use given recipe to make mini crustless jello pie. We use Ziplic containers to give it the right shape.
In a bowl, add pizelle wafer then top with crustless jello pie.
In a separate bowl mix the yogurt and syrup.
Mix well.
Top the crustless jello like icing.
Top that with some strawberry slices.
Put a dollop of the syrup mixture and top with the made good clusters.
