In this video, we share our recipe for our mini peanut butter cookies. Since filming this video we have recalculated the points and they are detailed below. You can also swap out the peanut butter with a lower point option... either way, they are so good and a quick snack!
Points: 52 Points (Divide into 26 Cookies = 2 Points Each)
*You could make it even lower using PB & Me or PB2
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Kraft Crunchy Peanut Butter (48 Points)
1/2 Cup of Splenda Brown Sugar (4 Points)
1 egg
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Spray mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Using a spoon, take spoonful and drop into mini muffin tins
Bake at 325F for 20 minutes (do not overbake).
Let cool for 5 minutes,
